We wisted the place during our short stay in Baden as we wanted to experience food, wine and atmosphere of heuriger. Everything was just perfect, the owner was very nice, all the people serving us too. The food was delicious and plenty of it, as well as wide variety to choose from. Surely will come again next time we are in Baden.
It is an excellent place to go and eat traditional Austrian food, the dishes are delicious, the restaurant is very nice, well set, it has this homelike vibe that you love, the waiters are very kind. I recomend it 100%.
Nice place for having lunch with families, friends. People who are running the place are really nice. Definitely get the cheesey apfelstrudel
Very friendly owner and nice place to eat with a garden. Price are quite reasonable. Portion is also good. A nice variety of salads. The porcini mushroom is a bit pricey though. But overall an excellent experience! Their tagesmenu is also very nice!
We stopped for a drink on our way back to Vienna and stayed for a full meal because everything looked so good. The food was all delicious and perfectly cooked, and the gentleman who served us (I think the owner) was incredibly personable and helped us pick dishes, and explained the history of the restaurant. The bratwurst was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the potato and white asparagus salad had an addictive dressing. The house Rose was great as well.
If you have a chance to go here, do so! The patio was shady and peaceful and the service was outstanding. A lot of places we went in Austria had servers who didn’t really care to speak to us (which is fine) but we felt so welcomed here by the friendly staff.
Non pretentious but very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, food was delicious. We took the spare ribs and apricot dumpling. All very good!

Quite nice restaurant in Baden. Menu is traditional but with vegan options! Wide choice of wine.
